Please note that all our prices are in EUROS. The prices of the products are as specified on our website (VAT included) and KiSSe reserves the right to modify these at any time. Shipping costs and customs duties are not included in the price.
The only payment method we accept is credit card: Visa, Mastercard and Paypal.
Our payment method is secure. The security system of “Banco Sabadell Atlántico” guarantees confidentiality and holder authenticity and prevents unauthorized third parties from gaining access to your information.

If there is an error during the payment process with your credit card, you will immediately receive an e-mail to inform you of the error. If this happens, the payment will not be processed and your order will be put on standby.
Same shipping cost of your order will be applicable depending destination of your parcel. In the chart below, you will find rates according to your location. The delivery times are calculated from the payment confirmation (2/5 days approximately). The preparation of deliveries only takes place during working days from Monday to Friday.
Spain 2 – 5 working days

Rest of the World, 10-15 working days
Our delivery times are approximate and are exempt from exceptional circumstances or force majeure causes. In the event of any such exceptional circumstances occurring, KiSSe will contact you as soon as possible.
Our couriers will make a maximum of two attempts to deliver your order. If they are unable to do so successfully after the second attempt, your order will be sent back to our head office.
If you change the delivery address, there will be an additional charge, which you will have to pay to the courier company directly upon delivery.
KiSSe sells its products all around the world. The chart above indicates the estimated costs for the main destinations. Please be aware that customs duties for deliveries outside the European Union are not included and have to be paid to the courier upon delivery of your product.
If the parcel is damaged when it arrives, please contact us within 24 hours and we will contact the courier company.
Customers are allowed to try the purchased item/items to verify that the function and characteristics of the products are in order. To get a full refund for a returned item, though, you may not use it or wash it, and all original tags must not be removed. The customer is responsible for any change or damage to an item when handling it. This means that if the item has been used for anything other than what is permitted, it will be regarded as used. This means that if you wish to return the item, you would either receive no refund or a partial refund, depending on the individual case.
We accept returns and exchanges of products when, for instance, you do not like the product you ordered or you have chosen the wrong size, and you wish to return it. Under these circumstances you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
If, however, KiSSe has made a mistake regarding your order (e.g. wrong size/reference, or the item is defective), KiSSe would assume the shipping costs. If this is the case, please contact us as soon as possible at email@example.com.
KiSSe accepts returns and exchanges within 14 days after you receive your order. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after this period.
We will not exchange any items that are not in the same condition as received (i.e. with the labels attached and in the original packaging), or any items that have been used or washed. KiSSe reserves the right to carefully check the products before agreeing to an exchange or return. We will only refund / replace products which are in the original condition as when shipped.
KiSSe cannot change returned products for another size or item. You should place a new order if you wish to buy another product or change the size.
We do not accept returns or exchanges during our Sale period.
If you wish to return one or more products, please send an e-mail as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org with your return request.
We will normally inform you within 3 working days if we accept the return request.
When returning the goods to us, you may ship the parcel with a carrier of your choice. Please note that KiSSe cannot be held responsible for articles that are lost or damaged during transport. When KiSSe has received and checked the returned products you will receive a confirmation email within a maximum of 30 days that we have refunded the money.

We will normally get in touch within 3 working days and KiSSe will assume the shipping costs for the return. Once the exchange has been accepted, we will send you an email with an electronic label which you will have to attach securely to the box or envelope that is to be returned. You will need to call the carrier office to arrange a date and time for the collection. We will provide you with the contact details.
After your request for an exchange or return has been accepted, you will have 7 working days to hand over the products which are to be exchanged or returned to the carrier. If the products have not been handed over to the carrier within that period, KiSSe reserves the right to proceed to cancel the exchange or return. Once we have received the product(s), we will proceed with the reimbursement or exchange.
Once the return has been approved, you can request that the amount be refunded via the same payment method used when making the purchase. Please note that the time it takes for the money to be refunded to your account depends on your bank.
KiSSe reserves the right to reject or cancel an order where there is a suspicion of fraud, false information or hacking. This is also true in cases of bad faith; for example, an obvious price misprint at KiSSe.

When you shop online at KiSSe, we ask you to provide some personal data, which include:

The purpose of gathering this information is to deliver your items to you.
Personal information provided to KiSSe is kept for 5 years, after which it is deleted.
We always ensure that you have given your express consent to providing us with your personal information and that you have understood what information we need and what this information is used for.
Our Director and those responsible for the data at KiSSe have access to the information about you.
We do not save encrypted costumer information, nor do we transmit encrypted customer information.
Information provided to KiSSe will never be forwarded or sold to a third party, nor will we ever register any private, personal information.
